McDONALD'S CASE STUDY #6

Harvey* decided to install a dual lane drive thru for one of his three stores.  He wanted to pay down the cost over a five year term and accordingly we were able to arrange for the TOTAL investment to be funded on a finance lease facility.

Harvey's accountant was very pleased with the significant tax advantages emanating from this method of funding.
